A sculpted lion head with sweeping horns, a carved mane and red eyes – half polished silver, half iced with 146 moissanites for 1.26ct DEW. Pendant only – chain not included. The face is split down the middle: one side is paved stone-to-stone, while the other is cast in detailed relief with a single pavé sweep running down the mane. Deep-cut strands of mane, bared fangs and a curling horn on each side give it a strong three-dimensional profile. Two red eye stones – one round, one marquise – add colour, and a tall, tapered pavé bail on a hinged link carries the weight. The colourless stones (74 × 1.1mm, 27 × 1.2mm, 15 × 1.3mm, 30 × 1.5mm) are D colour with VVS clarity, set in 925 sterling silver plated in 18K white gold (rhodium finish) or 18K yellow gold. Moissanite has a refractive index of 2.65 versus a diamond's 2.42, so it returns more fire under light, and at 9.25 on the Mohs scale it is hard enough to shrug off daily wear. Styling note: at 30 × 55mm and 15g this is a full statement pendant. It reads best on its own on a 5mm-plus Cuban or rope chain, around 22–24 inches.
