What's Covered
Our lifetime warranty protects your jewelry for as long as you own it.
Any structural issues, setting failures, or material flaws that arise from the manufacturing process are fully covered.
Moissanite should never lose its brilliance. If your stone develops cloudiness or loses its sparkle, we'll make it right.
If a stone falls out of its setting due to a manufacturing issue, your piece is covered for repair or replacement.
Prong breakage, bezel loosening, or other setting issues caused by defects in craftsmanship are covered.
What's Not Covered
The following are not covered under our lifetime warranty.
- ✕Scratches and surface wear — Minor scratches are a natural result of everyday wear and are not considered defects.
- ✕Damage from misuse or abuse — Damage caused by impact, harsh chemicals, or activities that exceed normal wear conditions.
- ✕Unauthorized repairs or modifications — Any work performed by a third party that alters the original piece.
- ✕Loss or theft — We recommend insuring valuable jewelry pieces separately.

How to Make a Claim
If you believe your jewelry has a covered defect, follow these steps.

Email us at hello@sparkile.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful.
Review
Our team will review your claim and let you know if it's covered. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.
Resolution
For approved claims, we'll repair or replace your piece. We'll provide instructions for sending the item to us.
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
In addition to our lifetime warranty, all purchases come with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your piece, return it for a full refund — no questions asked.
