In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and notify you of the cancellation. We will offer you the opportunity to purchase at the correct price or receive a full refund.

Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Payment: Payment must be made at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our website. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation when we receive your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will send a separate shipment confirmation when your order is dispatched.

Cancellation: We may cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Custom or personalized jewelry orders created through our design tool or by special request:

• Are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective
• Cannot be cancelled once production has begun
• May take longer to produce and ship than standard items
• Must be approved by you before final production begins

You are responsible for ensuring all customization details (size, engraving, stone selection, etc.) are correct before approving production.

Shipping terms, costs, and estimated delivery times are outlined on our Shipping & Returns page. Please note:

• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• You must inspect shipments upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies immediately

Our return and refund policy is detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Key points:

• Most items can be returned within 90 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Custom and personalized items are final sale unless defective
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Return shipping costs may apply

Our warranty does not cover:

• Scratches and surface wear (normal wear)
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper care
• Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Loss or theft of jewelry

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPARKILE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our website or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sparkile regarding your use of our website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
